What does managed IT include?

How is managed IT different from calling someone when something breaks?
Break-fix support starts after a problem has already cost you time. Managed IT keeps systems maintained and watched so many issues are caught early, and gives you one team that already knows your environment when something does go wrong.
What does it mean for AI to be managed?
AI tools are chosen on purpose, set up with the right access and data protections, connected to real work, supported, and reviewed over time, the same way you would manage email or accounting software.
Can we use AI with confidential information?
Only with approved tools and the right settings. Part of managed AI is deciding which information can be used where, configuring the tools to match, and making sure your team knows the rules.
Is cybersecurity separate from managed IT?
It can be scoped on its own, but at ABT security is connected to how accounts, devices, cloud services, backups and support are run every day.
Can any provider promise a breach will never happen?
No honest provider can. What we can do is reduce avoidable risk, spot problems sooner, limit the damage, and make sure you have a tested way to recover.
Will a new website keep our search visibility?
A redesign is planned around what already works. Valuable pages and addresses are mapped, important content is carried forward, and retired addresses are redirected so visitors and search engines land in the right place.
Can SEO guarantee a first-place ranking?
No one can honestly promise a specific position on Google. Good SEO makes sure search engines understand what you offer and where you offer it, and builds visibility over time.
What kind of business app can ABT build?
Applications shaped around a specific way of working, such as scheduling, job and project tracking, client portals, internal dashboards and approval workflows. If your team is working around software that doesn’t fit, or using spreadsheets to connect systems, that’s usually a good place to start. A consultation will tell you quickly.
Do we need a mobile app as well as a web app?
Not always. The core application runs in a web browser on any device. We add mobile apps when your team needs faster access in the field, on site or on the road, and we’ll recommend one only where it helps the work.
Who supports and secures the app after it launches?
